چکیده

Search among the flora of Ukraine for new sources biologically active substances to create potential domestic highly effective drugs plant origin - one most current issues modern pharmacy. In this case, search is appropriate conduct plants that have many years experience in folk medicine and a sufficient raw material base. Such Teucrium chamaedrys L. – Lamiales family, which has long been used widespread throughout Ukraine. However, literature, there are only isolated contradictory data on chemical composition grove.
The work aimed was study volatile compounds grass using gas chromatography with mass detection.
object L., collected during flowering period Kyiv region May–June 2019. Chromatographic extracts performed chromatograph Agilent 6890 (Agilent Technologies, USA), equipped spectrometric detector (model 5973). Identification carried out by comparing components spectra retention times components.
As result conducted researches, 47 were found extract grass, 42 identified: monocyclic bicyclic monoterpenoids, terpene hydrocarbons, etc. highest concentration sesquiterpenoid chamazulene, content 53.2 mg/kg material, or 15.9% all study. compound viridiflorol slightly lower content, 32.8 (9.8% grass).
 majority fraction grove also include following compounds: β-caryophyllene, sabinyl acetate hermacrene D, 25.6 mg/kg, 24.4 17.1 materials, respectively, 7.8%, 7. 3% 5.1%, L.
 total five about 45.9% number
